FCL0840-12 Type Fusion Bonded Epoxy Coating Rebar Production Line Brief Introduction:   

The epoxy coating production line is most conforms to the economic benefits of the solution to 

solve the steel corrosion,through the blasting of rebar surface scale processing, cleaning rust on 

the surface of the rebar, intermediate frequency heating, spraying epoxy powder, curing cooling 

and other production process, it effectively extend to the steel rebar and building service life.

Epoxy production line is widely used in sea port ,coastal building, sewage treatment plant, 

chemical plant, concrete construction and other industries.

 

Process Workflow:

Ordinary rebar→ Surface preparation→ Intermediate frequency heating

→ Powder application→ Cure→ Quench and inspection
