SWB Series High-efficiency shot blasting cleaning machine is suitable for the wire rod, which diameter 

range is Φ 5mm~Φ55mm. It has universal characteristic. The way of derusting could replace 

pickling and alkaline wash, the machine is composed of 4~6 sets of shot blasting turbines,so 

as to reach different productivities and clean various products. The machine is not only used 

as shot blasting cleaning production line independently,but also used to match up coil winder, 

and its roller table's speed is up to 180 m/min. 

For wire rod shot blasting machines, the shot blasting capacity could be adjusted as per work 

piece's cross section through guide plates, thereby optimizing blasting efficiency and reducing 

energy waste. It could be custom made as per customers' requirements. Including uncoiler, 

straightening machine, loader, unloader and so on, so as to ensure high efficient operation of 

production line.
