SWB6-37/130 High-efficiency Bars Shot Blasting Machine Brief Introduction:

SWB series high-efficiency shot blasting cleaning machine is suitable for the wire rod, which 

diameter range is Φ55mm~Φ130mm. It has universal characteristic, the way of derusting 

could replace pickling and alkaline wash, the machine is composed of 4~6 sets of 

shot-blasting turbines, so as to reach different productivities and clean various products. 

The machine is not only used as shot blasting cleaning production line independently, but also 

used to match up coil winder, and its roller table’s speed is up to 180 m/min. 

For bars shot-blasting machines, pressure-rollers and guide wheel are adopted in the blast

chamber, thereby improving work efficiency and stability.
