SWB6-18.5/38 Wire Coil Shot Blasting Machine's Characteristics:

1. Coils are loaded onto mandrel mounted on the door of the unit. During the wheel blast process 

the mandrel turns which exposes various sections of the coil for better exposure to the blast stream.

2. The machines may have one or two loading doors. Those with two doors have the advantage of 

reducing the loading / unloading time - while a coil of rod is inside the blasting chamber, a second 

coil can be loaded through the second door.

3. The batch type shot blasters descale coils of wire rod up to 3000 kg at a time. The procedure 

may take from 5 to 15 minutes depending on the diameters of the rod to be processed.
